The first visit is for measurements and fabric. You'll see and feel swatches in your own lighting, compare drape against abayas you already own, and settle every design decision without being rushed. If a female tailor was requested, she handles the visit end to end.
For detailed occasion pieces we can arrange a mid-way fitting before final finishing — useful for fitted cuts and embellished designs. Finished abayas arrive pressed and bagged, and anything that needs refining after your try-on is adjusted free of charge.
For alterations, a driver can simply collect your abayas from the door, with each piece quoted on WhatsApp beforehand. Standard alteration turnaround is one to two days; urgent jobs can use our same day alteration service.
